Today I went to BPS mobil s.r.o. to change my phone and transfer my data, and I was completely satisfied. The gentleman who assisted me was incredibly pleasant, helpful and patient. He explained everything I needed to know and willingly helped me with my “additional” requests, such as updating apps, signing in and transferring bank cards.

Everything was handled quickly and efficiently, even though I had lots of questions. His colleague was also very kind and helpful. Overall, my experience was extremely positive – the communication was excellent, the service was professional, and the whole process was much faster than I expected.

I highly recommend this company and their team – they really are fantastic!

I bought a new phone last week. I installed everything I needed, including all my apps. What I couldn't manage was setting up my email and pairing my watch with the phone. I was advised to visit the BPS Mobil s.r.o. store. I was very pleasantly surprised by how helpful they were and how they handled my request. It was dealt with immediately and quickly. I haven't experienced such helpful service in a long time. I would like to thank the young gentleman very much for his willingness to help and his approach. I am a pensioner. It was very professional. Thank you once again.

I can only recommend them. The inner display on my Samsung Galaxy Z Fold7 broke, so I brought the phone to BPS Mobil in Olomouc. The repair was covered by the warranty, I didn't have to pay anything extra, and everything was sorted out in just under two weeks.

Within 48 hours, the item had been collected, received and assessed for the fault, and I had been informed of the next steps. All of this just before Christmas. They deserve praise – thank you, and I recommend them 🙂

This morning I submitted a warranty claim for my phone at the store and service centre in Olomouc. After lunch, they called to say everything had been sorted out and repaired, and I could come and collect it.
